How You Can Help…
There are many
ways individuals and corporations can help the American Red Cross in Greater New
York.
As an
individual, you can help by donating directly to the Red Cross, encouraging your
company to participate in a matching gifts program, and volunteering.
Corporations can
work with the Red Cross to:
- Create
safety training opportunities for employees and their family members as well
as volunteer activities for individuals
- Arrange
financial assistance through corporate contributions to support preparedness
and disaster relief
- Organize
employee giving campaigns
- Develop a
matching gifts program
- Donate
in-kind contributions
You can also
help by participating in our upcoming special events, such as the major
Centennial Celebration we have planned for June 2005 at the Winter Garden in the
World Financial Center and various community events, such as golf outings, held
within each borough.
