1. Can a Red Cross representative deliver a presentation at my location?

Yes. A Red Cross representative can deliver presentations to groups of 10 people or more.

The following is a list of free presentations:

Health & Safety Presentations for Children:
• Basic Aid Training (BAT) – target audience: 8-10 year olds
• First Aid for Children Today (FACT) – target audience: 5-8 year olds
• Longfellow's Water Habits Are Learned Early (WHALE) Tales – target audience: 5-12 year olds
• Scrubby Bear Hand Washing program – target audience: 5-8 year olds

Emergency Preparedness Presentations for Adults:
• Prepare New York (in New York City)
• Preparing for the Unexpected (in Orange, Sullivan, Rockland and Putnam counties)

You can download our educational materials from our Web site or you can request a copy by contacting your local Red Cross office.

Yes, our brochures and pamphlets are provided free of charge.
