| Responsibilities: |
Client Services Associates provide social services to disaster victims, members of the armed forces, their families and community residents in general, through direct intervention and support form other service providers. Representatives work on intake, assessment, crisis intervention, advocacy, referral, and identification of various housing resources to assist in the overall recovery of households affected by disaster. Training and support will be provided. |

| Qualifications: |
• 2 years social services experience, preferably with clients in crisis and disadvantaged populations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Ability to work independently and handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to assess client needs and provide services equitably and consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
• Knowledge of office systems
• Bi-lingual highly desirable |

One 4-8 hour shift per week |
