| Responsibilities: |
The Facilities Assistant will assist the Facilities Management Department by providing vital administrative support to both the Facilities Office and the Mailroom. The Facilities Assistant will also assist with special projects such as supply inventory and classroom set ups. Training will be provided by the Facilities Management staff. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Familiarity with office machinery i.e. Copiers, Printers, Fax Machines
• Excellent organization and communication skills and attention to detail are required
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to take and follow direction |

| Time Commitment: |
3 to 4 hours a day, 3 days per week |
