Maintenance Assistant
Department: Facilities Management
Location: 520 West 49th Street
New York, NY 10019
Responsibilities: The Maintenance Assistant will assist the Facilities Management Department by providing custodial duties to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment. The Maintenance Assistant will also assist with special projects as needed. Training will be provided by the Facilities Management staff.
Qualifications: • Excellent organization and communication skills and attention to detail are required
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to take and follow direction
• Must be in good physical condition
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Time Commitment: 2 to 3 hours per day, 3 days a week
