General Support Specialist (Facilities)
Department: Facilities Management
Location: 520 West 49th Street
New York, NY 10019
Responsibilities: The General Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with various administrative functions in the Facilities office and the Mailroom.
Qualifications: Microsoft Office proficient
Familiarity with office machines, such as copiers, printers, and fax machines
Good communications skills
Good organizational Skills
Good work ethic and good attitude
Training: Volunteer Orientation (2 hours)
Additional training will be provided by Facilities Management as needed.
Time Commitment: 8 to 12 hours a week during normal business hours
