| Responsibilities: |
Community Outreach Leaders deliver non-certification presentations to community organizations and agencies to teach people how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. |

| Qualifications: |
Public speaking and communication skills
Fluency in both English and another language (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Korean, Haitian Creole, French, Arabic)
Assists with special projects and other areas whenever necessary

| Training: |
Volunteer Orientation (2 hours)
Community Outreach Leader Training (3 hours)
Continued mentoring as necessary (minimum of 3 hours) |

| Time Commitment: |
A minimum of one event (4 hours) a month |
