| Responsibilities: |
Mass Care Reserve Team Members assist during the time of disasters in Red Cross temporary shelters, reception centers, and mobile feeding locations to distribute supplies and commodities to individuals affected by disasters and emergency workers.
Members of the Mass Care Reserve Team are highly encouraged to work as part of the NYC Coastal Storm Plan Preparedness Team to prepare for future disasters (see additional job description). |

| Qualifications: |
Ability to account for supplies and assess upcoming shortfalls
Patience and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills

Volunteer Orientation (2 hours)
