| Responsibilities: |
The Partner Group Recruiter will help to increase the number of chapter volunteers, focusing on the need for 10,000 Disaster Reserves to respond to a large scale emergency. Responsibilities include:
• Identifying, recruiting, and developing relationships with community and faith-based partner groups
• Creating and supporting dynamic relationships with faith-based and charitable organizations to find ways to better support their communities and the role of the Red Cross.
• Maintaining an Excel database
• Identifying under-resourced and under-served neighborhoods and researching the demographics and neighborhood profiles. |

| Qualifications: |
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Well able to make “cold calls” and meet new contacts.
Ability to work well in a fast paced and stressful environment.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
MS-Office proficient
Enthusiasm about working with many different demographic, cultural, and religious groups. |

| Time Commitment: |
8 hours a week or more based on the volunteer’s availability, during regular business hours. |
