Customer Service Sales Assistant
Department: Safety & Preparedness
Location: 520 West 49th Street
New York, NY 10019
Responsibilities: The Health & Safety Customer Service Sales Assistant will be responsible for overseeing recertification notices and updating customer information in the Siebel database.

Hours Needed: Monday - Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Time Commitment: 3 days per week, 10 to 15 hours per week
Qualifications: • Review various customer training session statistics
• Prepare recertification letters and oversee mailing/distribution of letters
• Inform Account Representatives of recertification notices sent to their respective customers
• Assist the Account Representatives with creating and updating individual recertification prospects
• Filing contracts
• Performing other work duties as requested

Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs i.e. Word, Excel as well as databases
• Familiarity with office machines, such as copiers, printers, and fax machines
• Motivated and interested in learning about Customer Service
• Proper telephone etiquette
• Team oriented
• Follows directions and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Asks questions when unsure about directions or tasks.
• Pays strict attention to detail
• Maintains clients' confidentiality

Training and Support Provided: Supervisor will provide training and support as needed.
