| Responsibilities: |
The Health & Safety Customer Service Sales Assistant will be responsible for overseeing recertification notices and updating customer information in the Siebel database.
Hours Needed: Monday - Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Time Commitment: 3 days per week, 10 to 15 hours per week

| Qualifications: |
Review various customer training session statistics
Prepare recertification letters and oversee mailing/distribution of letters
Inform Account Representatives of recertification notices sent to their respective customers
Assist the Account Representatives with creating and updating individual recertification prospects
Filing contracts
Performing other work duties as requested
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs i.e. Word, Excel as well as databases
Familiarity with office machines, such as copiers, printers, and fax machines
Motivated and interested in learning about Customer Service
Proper telephone etiquette
Team oriented
Follows directions and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Asks questions when unsure about directions or tasks.
Pays strict attention to detail
Maintains clients' confidentiality
Training and Support Provided: Supervisor will provide training and support as needed.
