| Responsibilities: |
The Red Cross store Associate sells various items such as Preparedness Kits, Safety Products, Red Cross apparel, gifts and snacks from the American Red Cross Store. Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring inventory
• Answering phone
• Taking and processing orders
• Replenishing and pricing stock
• Performing other work duties as requested |

| Qualifications: |
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds |

| Training: |
Volunteer Orientation (2 hours)
Additional training to be provided by volunteer supervisor |
|
| Time Commitment: |
5 – 10 hours/week during normal business hours with possibilities for telecommuting. |
