Organization and Staff Development Intern
Department: Organization & Staff Development
Location: 520 West 49th Street
New York, NY 10019
Primary Function: The incumbent will be involved with various projects in the department, including, but not limited to assisting, with the training needs assessment, analyzing survey and research data, developing a training inventory of courses available both internally and externally, and providing general administrative support as required. The intern will be engaged in work relevant to their career path, as well as several new experiences in the training and development field such as shadowing the senior director during client interviews.
Responsibilities: Assists with the organizational training needs assesment
Analyzes survey and research data
Prepares excel spreadsheet reports
Developes a training inventory
Provides administrative support to the department
Qualifications: Strong Microsoft Office skills including spreadsheet reporting
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Graduate student preferred
Training: Volunteer Orientation (2 hours)
Time Commitment: Flexible
