The American Red Cross Annual Rock Show for Charity, presented by Nomadic Music, Inc. with performances by the Bradley Cole Band, Kim Zimmer, Ricky Paull Goldin, Ron Raines and other special guests from CBS Daytime, was held at Greater New York Chapter headquarters on Friday, October 5. The event—actually two concerts, one at 7:00 pm and one at 9:30 pm—raised more than $34,000 for Red Cross humanitarian programs and services.
Before the shows, more than 300 attendees enjoyed a reception, bid on auction items, and mingled with actors from CBS Daytime including Nicole Forester, Kurt McKinney, Arielle Renwart, Marcy Rylan, Lawrence Saint-Victor, Tom Pelphrey, Robert Newman, Kim Zimmer, Michelle Ray Smith, Caitlin Van Zandt, Jennifer Roszell, John Driscoll, Bonnie Dennison, Stephanie Gatschet and Frank Dicopoulos. "The monies raised exceeded our expectations,” said Mr. Cole. “We're all happy to be able to help the Red Cross here in New York.”
